Junior Year: SU was 11-3 when Wright had at least five assists … He started the first 27 games of the season ... A case of the flu forced him out of the lineup when SU played at PROVIDENCE ... As a starter he averaged 7.7 points, 4.6 assists and 1.3 steals per game ... He made the first start of his career and had a personal-best nine assists and scored 11 points vs. ST. FRANCIS (N.Y. )... He netted a season-high 14 points versus CHARLOTTE...He made 9-of-10 free throws against the 49ers ... Wright posted double-digit scoring efforts for four straight games: CHARLOTTE (14 points), at CANISIUS (11), HOLY CROSS (13) and WICHITA STATE (10) ... He also had a career-high five steals against CANISIUS ... Wright equaled his career-best showing when he had nine assists in the win against BAYLOR ... Freshman Year: Wright played in 19 games during his rookie campaign...In his debut in the season opener with NORTHERN COLORADO, he had five points and three assists in 18 minutes... It proved to be his season-high scoring effort, a total equaled against BINGHAMTON ... He also had six assists against the BEARCATS ... He had four points and six assists when SU defeated ST.
