Outdoor: Took 19th at Big 12 Championships in the 1,500m (4:30.76) … clocked a 1,500m PR of 4:26.74 at the Cyclone Twilight … finished in 4:28.04 in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite … went 4:28.05 in the 1,500m and 2:15.08 in the 800m at the Jim Duncan Invite … placed sixth in the 1,500m and the DMR at Drake Relays.
Indoor: Placed 17th in the 1,000m at conference … clocked a mile PR of 4:55.07 for fourth at the Iowa Open … had a 1,000m best of 2:49.63 to take fourth at the Iowa State Classic … won the 800m at the Bill Bergan Classic in a PR of 2:12.74 … also ran at the Tyson Invite, Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite.
Freshman Year Track and Field (2024-25 at Iowa State)
Outdoor:Â Placed second in the 1,500m at the Cyclone Twilight with a time of 4:32.81 ... ran the 1,500m at Drake Relays, Bryan Clay and Jim Duncan Invite.
Indoor:Â Had a season-opening 2:52.41 1,000m for fourth at the ISU Holiday Invite ... ran a mile PR of 4:56.49 for eighth at the Bill Bergan Open ... also ran the mile at the Iowa State Classic, Cyclone Open and Tyson Invite.
Freshman Year Cross Country (2024 at Iowa State):Â Competed in three meets for Iowa State... finished fifth at the Cyclone Preview to open the season with a time of 17:13.6 in the 5K race... also ran at both the Nuttycombe Invitational and Wisconsin Pre-Nationals.
