Senior Year at John Carroll (2013-14)
Indoor:Â Named the co-Julie Zajac Distance Athlete at the conclusion of the OAC Indoor Track and Field Championships ... Captured first in the 1,000m (3:02.35), the mile (5:10.43), the 4x400 relay (4:05.95) and the distance medley relay (12:17.27) to finish with four All-OAC marks ... Earned three All-Ohio marks capturing first in the 800m (2:17.09), the mile (5:03.75) and the 4x400 relay (4:04.73) ... Broke the school record in the 800m at the Columbia Final Qualifier crossing at 2:14.46 ... Mark of 2:59.99 in the 1,000m at the BW Mid-January meet also tops the school record chart ... Time of 10:16.60 in the 3k at the season-opening Kent State Golden Flash Gala broke a third school record ... Competed in the prestigious Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational setting school records in the 4x400 relay (4:03.97) and the distance medley relay (12:17.37).
Cross Country:Â USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree ...Earned JCU's first cross country All-American honors since 2005 with 26th-place finish at NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championship ... Crossed at 21:54.5 at nationals ... Earned at-large spot in national championship with 22:14.4 clip at regionals which was good for 13th finish and All-Region honors ... Indoor:Â Helped the 4x400 and 4x200 relays to top-3 finishes at BW Mid-January Meet ... Scored points as part of three relays at the OAC Indoor Track and Field Championships ...
