SU Tennis Loses to UC-Santa Barbara

SU sophomore Shervin Saedinia (Woodland Hills, CA) won the No. 4 singles match, defeating Gaby Andrade, 7-6, 6-2 and freshman Zani Suttle (Roswell, GA) defeated Shiho Fukushima, 6-2, 6-2, to win the No. 6 singles match for SU.
In doubles, senior Michelle Neveklovska (West Vancouver, British Columbia) and Borucka won the No. 1 doubles match and sophomore Masha Kabanova (Moscow, Russia) and Saedinia took the No. 2 doubles contest, giving SU the doubles point.
The Orangewomen will return to the courts on Friday, March 16 to play at Cal-Poly SLO at 4:00 p.m.
