
Greenwood and James Named Strength and Conditioning All-Americans

Greenwood, a four-year starter on the football team, has a bench press of 415 lbs., a squat of 615 lbs., a 36-inch vertical leap and a 4.41 40-yard dash. Greenwood was nominated by SU Associate Strength and Conditioning coach Corey Parker.
James, a junior on the Orangewomen basketball team, posts a bench press of 145 lbs., a squat of 250 lbs., a vertical leap of 26 inches to go with a 5.05 40-yard dash. James was nominated by SU Assistant Strength and Conditioning Helen Haarlander.
The 2001 All-American Strength and Conditioning student-athletes are recognized for their athletic accomplishments, academic and personal achievements, community involvement and leadership qualities.
