Tennis Places Eight On the Fall Athletic Director's Honor Roll

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (2/1/02) — Eight members of the Syracuse University women's tennis team made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the fall of 2001. The Athletic Director's Honor Roll was established in 1995 to honor student-athletes who maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Juniors Masha Kabanova (Moscow, Russia/School #528), Shervin Saedinia (Woodland Hills, CA/Calabasas) and Patricia Sargent (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) earned the honor.
Sophomores Margot Ahlquist (Worcester, MA/Notre Dame Academy), Marion Charlier (Rabat Morocco/Rabat American School), Daniela Kaluskova (Prague, Czech/Gym Budjovicka) and Alexa Konstand (Akron, OH/Revere High School) all earned spots on the honor roll.
Freshman Kristine Bech Holte (Oslo, Norway/Fagerborg vgs.) also made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
Four of the eight tennis student-athletes earned a 3.4 grade point average or higher. They are Sargent, Kaluskova, Konstand and Holte.
