Syracuse looks to sweep the season series against Seton Hall tonight in Continental Airlines Arena at 7:30 p.m. The #-/25 Orangemen are 19-7 overall and 8-4 in the BIG EAST, while the Pirates stand at 12-13 and 5-7 in the confererence.
Tonight’s matchup is the second between Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim and former SU standout and assistant coach Louis Orr. When the two teams clashed in January, SU converted 33-of-54 shots from the field (.611) and had six players in double figures in the 85-70 win.
Junior DeShaun Williams scored 18 points, including eight of Syracuse’s final 12 points, as the Orangemen posted a 68-65 victory against Notre Dame on Sunday afternoon at Joyce Center. Syracuse moved into sole possession of second place in the BIG EAST West Division with the win.
