
Orange Crew Races In Georgetown Invitational

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Syracuse University men's crew team races in the Georgetown Invitational on the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, April 28. Last year, the Orangemen took first place in four of the grand final races.
SU's varsity eight enters the weekend ranked 19th in the country, while Georgetown comes in ranked 14th. Last year, the Orangemen finished second to Temple in the varsity eight grand final. In addition, Syracuse won the junior varsity eight, the third varsity, the novice eight, and the novice four grand finals.
Andy Berster (Sarasota, FL/Riverview HS) is the stroke and Jason Bourcier (Greenland, NH/Portsmouth Senior HS) is in the bow seat in SU's varsity eight.
