Weather Forces Change in Orangewomen Schedule

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The doubleheader between Syracuse and Albany scheduled for Thursday, April 4 has been cancelled because of the weather in Albany. The forecast is for gusty winds and a bitter cold wind-chill. As of now, the games will not be made up.
This is the second doubleheader the Orangewomen have had postponed or cancelled this week. Syracuse was scheduled to play St. John's at home on Monday, April 1 but that game was moved to April 30 at 1 p.m.
SU is scheduled to open the home portion of its schedule on Sunday, April 7 with a 12 p.m. BIG EAST doubleheader versus Virginia Tech.
