Orangemen Face Auburn on Saturday

The Syracuse Orangemen look for their first road victory of the season when they take on the Auburn Tigers at 9 p.m. (EST) on Saturday. SU enters the game with a 1-2 record while Auburn is 3-1. The game will be televised on ESPN2. Fans can also listen to the game on the Syracuse University Radio Network.
Syracuse leads the all-time series with Auburn 1-0-1. Last season the Orangemen defeated the Tigers, 31-14 in the Carrier Dome. The only other meeting came at the 1988 Sugar Bowl. That game ended in a 16-16 tie.
SU notched its first win of the 2002 season with a 63-17 victory against Rhode Island. Sophomore running back Walter Reyes rushed for a career-high 128 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Orange.
