Greene Honored as SU Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Sophomore Jason Greene, an offensive guard on the Orangemen football team, is the SU Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of October 13.

Greene was a member of the SU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the Fall 2002 semester. He has appeared in all five games in 2003. Greene is a part of the offensive line that blocked for junior running back Walter Reyes, who rushed for a Carrier Dome-record 241 yards against Central Florida.

Greene and the Orangemen host Boston College on Saturday, Oct. 18, in the Carrier Dome. Kickoff is at 12:00 p.m., and the game will be televised on ESPN Regional.
