Two Defenders and An Offensive Tackle Join Football's 2004 NLI Class

Earlier today, SU received NLIs from offensive tackles Corey Chavers, a local standout from Jamesville-DeWitt High School, and David Bouchard, Ryan Ehrie and Stephen Simms, running backs Curtis Brinkley, Paul Chiara and Kareem Jones, wide receivers Daniel Bailey, Quinton Brown, J.J. Bedle, Rice Moss and Diego Oquendofullback Tony Fiammetta, tight end Thomas Ferron, linebackers Jamar Atkinson, Robert Jackson, Jonathan Pierre-Etienne and Donte Woodyard, cornerbacks Stacy Brown, Dowayne Davis and Jhamal Fluellen, safeties A.J. Brown, Donta Herrod and Ben Maljovec, and defensive lineman Nick Santiago, who will report for preseason camp in August.

An Update from the Newcomers
In addition, the three student-athlete who enrolled in classes on The Hill and joined the SU football program in January will provide insight into their first month on campus. Quarterback Joe Fields, offensive tackle Kurt Falke and defensive end Mike Sklarosky are set to participate in Spring practice with the Orangemen, which begins in March.
