Grimaldi Named ECAC Female Field Athlete of the Week

CAPE COD, Mass. - Junior All-American Jenna Grimaldi is the ECAC Female Field Athlete of the Week for the week of March 30. Grimaldi earns the honor after finishing second in the high jump at the Raleigh Relays over the weekend.
Grimaldi's jump of 1.77 meters qualifies her for the NCAA Regionals at the end of the season. An All-America in the indoor high jump in 2002, Grimaldi holds the Syracuse record in the outdoor high jump, 1.80 meters, which she has achieved in each of the last two seasons.
Syracuse competes at the Penn Invitational on Saturday, April 3.
