
17 Field Hockey Players Named to Spring 2004 Athletic Director's Honor Roll

Seventeen members of the Syracuse University field hockey team were named to the Spring 2004 Athletic Director's Honor Roll. The SU Athletic Director's Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes with a semester grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Ann-Marie Guglieri (Carmel, N.Y.) and Jackie Sheaffer (Richfield, Pa.) were the two seniors who received the honor. Sheaffer has been recognized for completing a semester with a 3.0 grade point average or higher in all eight of her semesters at SU.
Six juniors were named to the honor roll. Brittany Carriero (Setauket, N.Y.), Meredith Gettel (Rehrersburg, Pa.), Lindsay Kocher (Collingswood, N.J.), Leah McKay (St. Louis, Mo.), Elizabeth O'Hara (Lake Grove, N.Y.) and Betsy Wagner (Cherry Hills, Colo.) all made the list. This is the fifth time that McKay has been honored.
Sophomores Rosanne Geraty (Little Falls, N.Y.) and Paige Sullivan (Lebanon, Pa.) made the list for their fourth consecutive semesters, while sophomore Jessica Dahle (Farmington, Conn.) was honored for her second time.
Redshirt freshman Nikki Wojton (Sinking Spring, Pa.) made the list for the third time. Ashley Fry (Douglassville, Pa.), Marie O'Brien (Burlington, Ontario), Meg Ryan (Lancaster, Pa.) and Jess Wreski (Middletown, Pa.) were the freshmen who made their second appearance on the honor roll, while Meg Ricker (Palmyra, Pa.) was a first-time honoree.
The Orange wrapped up the 2003 season with a final record of 7-11. They finished fifth in the BIG EAST Conference with a 1-4 mark
