- A prospect (any high school or junior college athlete including her parents or legal guardians that has not attended her first day of classes on the college campus of her choice) can contact our staff at anytime before September 1 of her junior year in high school by telephone, e-mail or letter. All of these contacts must be at the expense of the student-athlete.
- A member of our coaching staff may not return or initiate written correspondence to a prospect before September 1 of the beginning of your junior year in high school. And we cannot return telephone calls until June 21st prior to your senior year in high school.
- Unofficial visits to our campus can be made at any time during your high school career at your expense, except during a dead period.
- Prospects can take a maximum of five official visits (expenses paid in part or whole by the college) with no more than one visit permitted to any single institution and no earlier than the opening day of classes of the prospect's senior year in high school. In order to be eligible for an official visit, the institution which you are visiting must have a test score (PSAT, SAT, ACT) that you have taken and a copy of an official transcript from your high school or collegiate institution.
