Falke Named Scholar-Athlete Of The Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Senior Kurt Falke, a member of the Orange football team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 24.
Falke, who is from Industry, Texas, was named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in both semesters and was a BIG EAST Academic All-Star in his first season in Orange in 2004.
Falke, an offensive lineman, recently came back from a knee injury which sidelined him for three games.
The Orange returns home on Saturday for a noon contest with BIG EAST newcomer Cincinnati.
