SYRACUSE, N.Y. – On Dec. 28, the Everson Museum will raffle off a 2005 Fat Boy featuring the SU “Legends of 44.” On Oct. 29 at the football game against Cincinnati, the Harley will be driven around the field prior to the game. The bike is being raffled off to benefit the Everson Museum. Tickets for the game against Cincinnati are available online or at the Carrier Dome by calling 1-888-DOMETIX.
The design of the bike was created by Roy Simmons, Jr. and Jim Ridlon. Floyd Little, Ernie Davis, and Jim Brown are all featured on the bike, which sports a bright orange color. Also among the images on the bike are Archbold Stadium and the Heisman Trophy, which Davis won in 1961. He is the only member of the Orange to ever earn that award.
Tickets are $20 each or six for $100. They can be purchased on the SU Quad on Oct. 29 or at the Everson Museum Shop. Only 5,000 tickets will be sold for the raffle. The winning ticket will be drawn on Dec. 28
