Softball to Take on Lehigh on Wednesday

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse softball team will travel to Lehigh on Wednesday, March 30 for a single game beginning at 6 p.m. The Orange was supposed to play a doubleheader at Binghamton, however, but field conditions prevented those games from being played.
The game versus Lehigh will be the Orange's first competition since March 20 at the Kia Classic. SU had doubleheaders at Massachusetts and Brown wiped out because of weather.
Syracuse (10-9) will open both the home and BIG EAST portions of the schedule on Friday, April 1 with a doubleheader versus Connecticut beginning at 4 p.m. The Orange also hosts Providence on Sunday, April 3 at noon.
