Switenko Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Senior Alexis Switenko, a member of the Orange softball team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of March 6.
Switenko, who hails from Blue Anchor, N.J., has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll five times and is a two-time BIG EAST Academic All-Star. She is a management major at Syracuse.
The Orange will next be in action on Friday when it travels to Long Beach, Calif. to take on Mississippi State and Mercer.
