PRESENTS A 2007 FIELD HOCKEY CLINIC

DATE: OCTOBER 28, 2007 Sunday
TIME: 1:30 – 4:30 pm
CONTENT: Each clinic will include four components that are necessary to improve your game
1. Fitness Component: learn proper running technique, core strength and balance as needed for field hockey
2. Skills Component: will focus on developing balance, strength and footwork around the ball
3. Small Games: a variety of small games (3v3 or 4v4) will be used to help develop vision, awareness and decision making abilities
4. Game Play: The clinic will conclude with 7v7 play
WHO Open to all players ages 12 – 17 year old
