Brady Named Female Scholar-Athlete Of The Week

Senior Kristin Brady, a starting attacker on the women's lacrosse team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Female Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Dec. 17.
Brady, who hails from Binghamton, N.Y., has been a BIG EAST Academic All-Star all three years. She also has made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll every semester. Brady is majoring in public relations and psychology.
The women's lacrosse team opens its 2008 campaign on Wednesday, Feb. 20 when Canisius comes to the Carrier Dome for a 7 p.m. contest.
