Six Syracuse teams competed during the week of Feb. 12 to 18 with many highlights throughout the week. Champions were crowned in the pool and on the track, while career milestones were reached on the basketball court.
Swimming & Diving
The Syracuse swimming and diving teams participated in the BIG EAST Championship last weekend. Graduate student Alida DiPlacido won two titles and was named the Outstanding Diver of the Meet. Coach Jeff Keck was named Women's Diving Coach of the Year.

The Syracuse track and field teams competed at the BIG EAST Championship this past weekend. Senior Aulton Kohn won the 200m dash title, his third conference championship. In addition, four other student-athletes earned all-conference accolades.

The women's basketball team split a pair of games this past week. The Orange lost to nationally-ranked Rutgers before defeating Georgetown on Saturday. Against the Hoyas, junior Vaida Sipaviciute became the 16th player in school history to record 1,000 career points.
