Five Syracuse teams competed during the week of Jan. 29 through Feb. 4. Syracuse recorded victories in the pool, on the tennis court, on the track and on the basketball court.
Swimming & Diving
The Syracuse swimming and diving teams split a dual meet against Villanova. The men defeated the Wildcats, while the women lost.

Tennis
The Orange split a pair dual matches last week, defeating Kansas and losing to Wake Forest. Junior Olga Votavova won both of her matches over the weekend, including a victory against #79 Ashlee Davis in three sets, 6-4, 2-6, 10-6.

The Syracuse track and field teams competed at the Syracuse Invitational on Friday, posting 14 victories. Additionaly, senior Aulton Kohn participated in the 100th Millrose Games, finishing second in the 60m dash.

Men's Basketball (16-7, 5-4 BIG EAST)
The men's basketball team split a pair of games last week, losing to Notre Dame and then defeating DePaul. Eric Devendorf and Andy Rautins recorded career-highs in points against the Blue Demons.

The women's basketball team lost to West Virginia and Seton Hall this past week. Against Seton Hall, freshman Nicole Michael set single-season school records in free throws made and free throws attempted.
