Six Syracuse teams competed during the week of March 27 - April 1. The Orange battled the nation's elite teams during the week and SU student-athletes moved up in the Syracuse record books and earned NCAA Championship recognition.
Women's Lacrosse (6-4, 2-1 BIG EAST)
The eighth-ranked Orange lost its only game of the week to top-ranked Northwestern.

Women's Rowing
The women's rowing team opened its regular season at Cornell on Saturday. The Orange defeated the host Big Red and lost to No. 4 Yale.

The Orange softball team continued BIG EAST play this past weekend, competing against nationally-ranked DePaul and Notre Dame. The Orange play Binghamton in its home opener on Tuesday.

Tennis (6-8, 2-3 BIG EAST)
The tennis team split its two matches last weekend. The Orange beat BIG EAST foe Cincinnati, 6-1, on Friday before losing to nationally-ranked Ohio State on Sunday. Senior Ashley Lipton moved into seventh place on SU's all-time wins list.
