The festivities included a balloon toss, free throw shooting, a bean bag toss and a homerun contest. The participants were the 2007 Syracuse football squad and coaches. The team including the Orange tight ends and quarterbacks won the end-of-camp competion, which was held at the Syracuse Softball Stadium. The running backs and kickers finished second, followed by the wide receivers in third. The championship team included tight ends Jawad Nesheiwat, Arthur Kapalanga, Kyle Bell, Mike Owen, Ryan Donnelly, Darnell Pratt and Nick Provo, and quarterbacks Andrew Robinson, Cameron Dantley, Cody Catalina, David Legree and Michael Coulter. After the competition, the entire team and staff enjoyed a barbecue dinner.
