Women's Basketball Concludes Non-conference Road Schedule at Princeton

Syracuse plays its final non-conference road game at Princeton on December 16 at 2 p.m. It will be the first time Syracuse and Princeton have played against one another.

The Tigers bring in a new head coach for this season in Courtney Banghart. Banghart has won championships in the Ivy League as a player and as a coach. Princeton finished 13-15 overall and 7-7 in the Ivy League in 2006-07. Princeton returns four seniors including its leading scorer from a year ago in Meagan Cowher (17.7 points per game).

The Orange has four games this season, remaining on its non-conference schedule, all of which will be played at the Carrier Dome. SU has already announced games against Coppin State (Nov. 17), North Carolina (Nov. 18), Lehigh (Nov. 25), Colgate (Nov. 28), Louisiana Monroe (Dec. 1), Alabama State (Dec. 2), Penn State (Dec. 6) and Northeastern (Dec. 9).
