Day Two Cancelled Because Of Rain

WACO, Texas – The Orange softball team will not be on the field for the rest of the day due to heavy rain at the Getterman Classic hosted by Baylor Univeristy. Syracuse and Centenary were called off the field after the top of the second with the score tied, 0-0.
Weather forecast for the Waco, Texas area calls for isolated thunderstorms during the morning, which will become more widespread and strong in the afternoon. There is a 70 percent chance of rain.
The classic will continue as scheduled on Sunday, Feb. 17. Fans can follow the Orange via livestats (clicking here).
