SYRACUSE – Field hockey players ages 12-18 are invited to sign up for the 2009 Kai-Zen Field Hockey Winter Clinics at Syracuse University. Head Orange Field Hockey Coach Ange Bradley and her staff at Syracuse will help improve your hockey tactical and technical skills with a fun and upbeat tempo instruction/coaching style. The first clinic is Monday, January 19 from 1-3 p.m.

The first clinic is Monday, January 19 from 1-3 p.m.
Players can choose between four different sessions, with each session costing $30 Pre-registration is required and players can register for all four clinics for $100 (A discount of $20).

Wednesday, February 18 Noon-3 p.m.
Saturday, February 21 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Sunday, February 22, 8:30-10:30 a.m.
All instruction is conducted on an artificial turf surface—no cleats allowed.
Bradley has been named the 2008 Dita/NFHCA Mideast Region Coach of the Year. Bradley guided Syracuse to SU’s first-ever No. 1 ranking and the first NCAA Championship semifinal appearance in school history. On Oct. 14, it was announced that for the first time in program history, the SU field hockey program was ranked No. 1 in the nation and became the first women’s team at Syracuse to ever reach No. 1 in a national poll. In addition, the Orange was crowned the BIG EAST Champions after defeating Connecticut in the title game on Nov. 9. Syracuse finished the 2008 season with a 22-2, 5-1 BIG EAST record and ranked No. 3 in the STX/NFHCA Division I Coaches Poll.
