STORRS, Conn. -- Due to poor weather, the noon softball game between Syracuse and Connecticut has been postponed until Monday, March 30. Action is set to begin at the Burrill Family Field at the UConn Softball Stadium at 1 p.m.
Syracuse (14-10, 3-1) is playing its first games in Storrs since the 2003 season. The Orange is 2-2 at UConn.
SU, under the guidance of head coach Leigh Ross, heads into the matchup on a three-game winning streak after sweeping Pittsburgh in its home opener on Friday.
