Orange Opens Spring Break Trip at FAU

BOCA RATON, Fla.- After day one of the FAU Parents Weekend Tournament was rained out, Syracuse will begin its 10-day spring break training trip with a pair of games against Charleston Southern and FAU on Saturday, March 13. The Orange will face Charleston Southern at 4 p.m. before taking on host FAU at 8 p.m.

Last At Bat
Syracuse went 3-2 to earn second place at LSU's Purple and Gold Challenge, advancing to the tournament championship where it fell to 16/16 LSU, 9-2. Sophomores Stephanie Watts and Lisaira Daniels earned all-tournament team honors for the Orange after batting, .429 and .500, respectively, through the weekend.
Following the weekend Watts was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll for her performances in the five games.
