BIG EAST Conference Basketball Game Times Announced

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The BIG EAST Conference announced league game times this afternoon for the 2011-12 season. Syracuse's 18 conference tilts include 11 evening games (after 6:00 p.m.), four early afternoon games and three mid-afternoon contests.
Television assignments were also included in the announcement. The Orange will appear on ESPN five times, ESPN or ESPN2 (to be determined) three times, ESPN2 once and ESPNU once, totalling 10 ESPN appearances out of 18 conference tilts. CBS will carry two of the games and the rest will be part of the BIG EAST Network package. The BIG EAST Network games will all be picked up by SNY in New York, except for the conference opener on Dec. 28 against Seton hall, which will be aired by MSG.
