Hogan Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Syracuse senior Liz Hogan has been named to the BIG EAST Women's Lacrosse Honor Roll for her performance against top-ranked Maryland. It marks the first time Hogan has been named to the weekly honor roll this season and is the fifth time in her career.
Hogan recorded nine saves, two ground balls and two caused turnovers in a 7-5 setback against the top-ranked Terrapins. Hogan anchored the Orange defense that held the third-highest scoring offense in the nation to less than 10 goals for the first time this season.
The Syracuse co-captain increased her career totals to 546 saves and 157 ground balls, both of which are school records.
Hogan and the Orange are back in action on Tuesday when they face Towson at 4 p.m. in Towson, Md.
