Syracuse men's basketball coach Jim Boeheim joined an "A List" of celebraties who participated in the 10th annual "Commissions for Charity Day" on April 18.
The event, held by global financial services firm BTIG, had previously raised almost $20 million from equity, fixed income and derivative trading commission profits, according to a release distributed by BTIG. The money is used to support nonprofits and charities for children.
Other celebraties who participated included former sportscaster and Syracuse alumnus Len Berman, New York Giants coach and Syracuse alumnus Tom Couglin, Michael J. Fox, Reggie Jackson, Eli Manning, John McEnroe, Kelly Ripa, and C.C. Sabathia.
