Boeheim Part Of Infiniti Coaches' Charity Challenge

Jim Boeheim is one of 48 college basketball coaches who are participating in the Infiniti Coaches' Charity Challenge that gets underway on January 14 acoss the country.
The charity challenge runs for the next eight weeks and features coaches competing for good causes. Fans are able to vote each day for their favorite coach and/or cause at www.ESPN.com/Infiniti.
The coaches are divided up in a bracket by regions and will advance based on fan votes.
The coach who accumulates the most votes will earn a $100,000 donation to his respective cause.The Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation is the charity selected by Coach Boeheim.
To help "kick of" the charity challenge, Coach Boeheim will appear on ESPN's Sportscenter on January 14 at 12:50 p.m. He is scheduled to be be interviewed on the Colin Cowherd radio show and the SVP (Scott Van Pelt) and Rusillo radio show. At 1:00 p.m., Boeheim will participate in on ESPN.com interview.
Other coaches who are in the East Region along with Coach Boeheim include Connecticut's Kevin Ollie, Mike Krzyzewski from Duke, Murray State's Steve Prohm, Jamie Dixon from Pittsburgh, Phil Martelli from Saint Joseph's, Temple's Fran Dunphy, Shaka Smart from VCU, Villanova's Jay Wright, Bob Huggins from West Virginia, Xavier's Chris Mack and Bill Raftery from ESPN.
