NEWTON, Mass. -- Syracuse goes on the road for its season finale when it takes on Boston College in Newton, Mass. on Thursday, Oct. 31. Opening kick is set for 4 p.m. The Orange enters the contest with a 7-10-1 mark, including a 3-8-1 record in conference action. The Eagles are 9-8-1 overall and 5-6-1 in ACC play.

Seniors Rachel Blum, Kayla Alfonso, Jackie Moriarty, Cecilia Borgstrom and Brittany Anghel will play their final collegiate game on Thursday. The seniors played a large role in guiding the program to nine wins in 2012, its highest total since 2003. Last season also marked the first time SU has appeared in postseason play in back-to-back years since 1999 and 2000.

THE SERIES
Syracuse faces Boston College for the 12th time in school history Thursday. The series dates back to 1996 and the most recent match in 2011 resulted in a 0-0 tie. The Eagles lead the series 3-6-2.

SKILTON AND SIMON CHASE CLASS RECORDS
Freshman Stephanie Skilton (Auckland, New Zealand) is tied for third on Syracuse's all-time freshman leaderboard with nine goals. Skilton has also recorded 19 points, which ranks fourth all-time among freshmen. Erin Simon (Oakhurst, N.J.) is tied for fifth in goals among sophomores all-time with five and is only one assist away from tying Candy Reich for fifth on the sophomore class records list.
