SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- No. 2/t2 Syracuse is back in action in the Carrier Dome on Friday, Dec. 20 when it hosts High Point. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. The Orange is one of 11 undefeated Division I teams in the nation this season.
Tickets for Friday's game are available online, by phone (1-888-DOMETIX) or in person at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B). The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.

What to Watch For – Syracuse
1. Freshman Tyler Ennis ranks third in the nation in assists to turnover ratio (4.55). He has dished out a team-high 50 assists and has just 11 turnovers this season.
2. Senior C.J. Fair is the eighth-leading scorer in the ACC. He tallied 21 points at St. John's, increasing his season average to 18.1 points per game. Fair has scored 20 or more points in four games this season.
3. Sophomore Jerami Grant continues to be a spark for the Orange off the bench. He has reached double figures in scoring in seven of the nine games in which he's played this season. At St. John's, Grant was 5-for-7 from the field and 4-for-7 from the free throw line for 14 points.
What to Watch For – High Point
1. High Point is in the midst of a four-game losing streak and enters Friday's game with a 3-6 record.
2. Redshirt sophomore and Big South Preseason Player of the Year John Brown is High Point's leading scorer, averaging 20.1 points per game. He also leads the team in blocks (15) and ranks second in rebounding (8.3 rpg.). Graduate student Allan Chaney, who was a preseason all-conference first team selection, also averages double figures in scoring (15.4 ppg.) and leads the team on the boards (8.5 rpg.).
3. Scott Cherry is in his fifth season at High Point. The North Carolina graduate led the Panthers to their first Big South championship last season.
THE SERIES
Friday's game will be the first meeting between Syracuse and High Point.
