The East Coast All-Stars, a squad which includes Syracuse's Rakeem Christmas and Michael Gbinije, opened play in the Four Nation's Cup with a 71-68 victory against Belarus in Estonia on July 25.
Christmas had three points and three rebounds. Gbinije contributed two rebounds. Louisville's Russ Smith led the way with 29 points.
The American team rebounded from a 31-26 halftime deficit to secure the victory.
On Friday, July 26, the East Coast All-Stars will take on the Republic of Slovakia at 10:30 a.m. EST.
