Softball Trip To Coastal Carolina Cancelled

Due to the impending winter weather that is supposed to blanket the East Coast with snow, the Syracuse softball team's trip to Conway, S.C. for the Kickin' Chicken Classic is cancelled.
The five games the Orange was slated to play will not be made up.
Syracuse will return to action the following week at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in Palm Springs, Calif. from Friday, Feb. 21 through Sunday, Feb. 23. SU will play UC Davis and California Poly on the first day of competition. The second day will feature defending national champion, No. 11/7 Oklahoma, followed by No. 17/14 Stanford. In Sunday's finale, the Orange will play Long Beach State.
