TALLAHASSEE, Fla. --Â No. 7/7Â Syracuse travels to Tallahassee to take on Florida State in the final game of the regular season on Sunday, March 9. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. The Orange will try to secure the second seed in next week's ACC Tournament.

What to Watch For – Syracuse (26-4, 13-4)
1. Syracuse has clinched the number two seed in the upcoming ACC Tournament. The Orange is 13-4 in league play.
2. Senior C.J. Fair and freshman Tyler Ennis are two of 15 players on the ballot for the John R. Wooden Award. Syracuse was the only school in the nation with two candidates on the final ballot. Fair leads the Orange in scoring, averaging 16.7 points per game, while Ennis leads the team and the ACC in assists (5.60 apg.) and steals (2.07 spg.).
3. Junior Rakeem Christmas has reached double figures in rebounds in three of his last six games. He pulled down 10 against Georgia Tech, including a career-best nine on the defensive end.
What to Watch For – Florida State (18-11, 9-8)
1. Florida State has won three in a row and four of its last five, improving its record to 18-11. The Seminoles have a 9-8 record in the ACC, which is good for seventh place in the league standings.
2. Aaron Thomas leads the Florida State offense, averaging 14.1 points per game. Ian Miller (13.6 ppg.) and Okaro White (13.1 ppg.) are also averaging double figures in scoring. White leads the team on the boards, grabbing 6.5 rebounds per game.
3. Leonard Hamilton is in his 13th season at the helm of the Florida State program. He has guided the Seminoles to a record of 215-154. Previously, Hamilton served as the head coach at Miami and Oklahoma State.
SERIES RECORD
Syracuse leads the all-time series with Florida State, 3-1. The Orange won the first three meetings before the Seminoles broke through with an 82-67 victory in the Carrier Dome on March 12, 1997 in the first round of the NIT Tournament
