Track Takes On Final Regular Season Meet

Orange heads to Duke Twilight meet
The Syracuse track team will take on Duke Twilight in the final meet of the 2015 regular season.

'Cuse is coming off strong performances at the Payton Jordan Invitational and the Cornell Outdoor Invitational.

The weekend was highlighted by Justyn Knight breaking a 25-year old school record in the 5k, and shattering a Canadian Junior record that had stood for 52 years. The freshman standout raced to an NCAA qualifying time of 13:34.86, followed closely by teammate Martin Hehir (13:35.70). The 'Cuse duo finished in second and third respectively.
The Duke Twilight meet is a two-day event in which the races will begin at 6 p.m. each day.

Following this meet, the Orange will head to the ACC Championships at Florida State beginning on May 14.
