The ACC honors continue to roll in for Syracuse junior Freddie Crittenden III, who earned ACC Track Performer of the Week honors after taking second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Armory Invitational this weekend.
Crittenden finished the race with a time of 7.72 seconds, which serves as the sixth-best time nationally. It was also just 0.01 seconds behind his career-best time, which he set at the Ramapo College Season Opener in January and currently ranks fourth in the country. The Utica, Michigan native has earned ACC Performer of the Week honors twice already this season, and has posted a time in the top-six nationally in the 60-meter hurdles on three separate occasions already.
The Syracuse track and field teams continue action this weekend at the Boston Valentine Invitational and at the Iowa State Classic.
