SYRACUSE, N.Y. --Â No. 2/2 Syracuse and No. 3/3 Florida will battle in a clash of unbeaten teams on Tuesday, March 1. Opening draw in the Carrier Dome is set for 12 p.m. Admission is free. Parking is also free in the Dome West lots.

The game will be broadcast on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and ESPN3. Live audio will be available on ESPN Radio 1200AM as well as Cuse TV on Cuse.com. Subscriptions to Cuse TV are available at daily, monthly and yearly rates. WJPZ 89.1FM will also broadcast the game.

ORANGE MAINTAINS RANKING
Syracuse (5-0) held its No. 2 spot in this week's national rankings. The Orange received one first-place vote in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll and earned 342 points. Maryland received the other 17 first-place votes and earned 359 points. In the coaches poll, the Terrapins earned all 20 first-place votes, giving them 400 points. The Orange is No. 2 with 380 points.

TOUGH SCHEDULE
Syracuse will take on its second straight top-five opponent when it faces Florida. The Orange defeated No. 5 Northwestern, 16-12, on Sunday. Six of Syracuse's next seven opponents are ranked in this week's top 20, including four that are ranked in the top 10.

MAJORANA TIES CAREER HIGH
Senior Halle Majorana (Manhasset, N.Y.) tied her career high with four assists in Syracuse's win against Northwestern. She also tallied three goals for a game-high seven points. Majorana leads the team in points (22) and goals (13) this season.

LEVY MAKING AN IMPACT
Freshman Nicole Levy (Manhasset, N.Y.) recorded her first career hat trick with three goals in the Orange's victory against Northwestern. She is one of four Syracuse players to reach double figures in scoring this season with 12 off five goals and seven assists.

SCOUTING THE GATORS
Florida defeated Dartmouth, 16-6, on Saturday to improve its record to 4-0. One of those wins came against 2015 national runner-up North Carolina, 16-15, in Chapel Hill. Mollie Stevens is Florida's leading goal scorer with 14, while Shayna Pirreca leads the Gators in points with 15 (9g, 6a). Mary-Sean Wilcox has started all four games in goal for Florida. She has a 10.06 goals-against average and a .421 save percentage.

THE SERIES
Syracuse and Florida will meet for the eighth time on Tuesday. The Orange own a 5-2 advantage in the series, including a 2-0 mark in the Carrier Dome. Last season, the squads met in Gainesville. Syracuse trailed by one with less than two minutes remaining in regulation, but tied the score with 1:14 on the clock to force overtime. Kelly Cross (Oreland, Pa.) tallied the game-winner, her career-high fourth of the day, in the second three-minute overtime session to give Syracuse a 14-13 victory.
