
Men's Rowing Ranks #10 Heading to Sprints

Eight of the nation's top-10 crews will be at EARC Men's Sprints
PRINCETON, N.J. – The Syracuse University men's rowing first varsity eight crew remained ranked No. 10 nationally in the latest release of the USRowing Coaches' Poll. Syracuse extended its streak of top-20 appearances in the coaches' rankings to 87 consecutive poll releases.
With the completion of the regular season, the Orange head to the Eastern Association of Rowing Colleges (EARC) Men's Sprints this weekend. The annual conference championship is on Sunday in Worcester, Mass.
Eight of the nation's top-10 first varsity eight boats are members of the EARC. In addition, 14 conference crews were ranked in the latest coaches' poll and 16 of the 18 league members received votes.
In the final EARC seeding poll, Syracuse was ranked eighth among first varsity eight boats. The third varsity crew ranked ninth, while the second varsity eight was ranked No. 11.
