SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse (4-0) will play its third game in a span of five days when it hosts Toledo (3-0) on Wednesday, Nov. 22 as part of the Hoophall Miami Invitational. Tip off in the Carrier Dome is set for 7 p.m.

For Starters
- Syracuse defeated Oakland, 74-50, on Monday to improve to 4-0 this season.

- Four different players scored in double figures in the victory. Sophomore Tyus Battle led the way with 25 points, while junior Frank Howard added a career-high 18 points. Junior Paschal Chukwu recorded career-highs of 12 points, 11 rebounds and eight blocks.

- The Orange and Rockets will meet for the first time since 1990 and the third time overall. Syracuse won both of the previous meetings.

Scouting the Rockets
- Toledo opened the season with three-straight wins over Saint Joseph's, Ohio Northern and Oakland.

- Four different Rockets average at least 10 points per game. Jaelan Sanford leads the way with 23.3 points per contest followed by Tre'Shaun Fletcher (20.0), Nate Navigato (16.0) and Luke Knapke (12.0). Knapke leads Toledo with 9.3 rebounds per game.

- Tod Kowalczyk is in his eighth season at the helm of the Toledo program. He led the Rockets to a College Basketball Invitational birth in 2016-17.
