Two Meets in Boston Ahead for Orange

Syracuse at Crimson Elite Meet
- Freddie Crittenden III will lead the Orange in the men's 60 meter hurdles, entering with the highest seed time, he posted the nation's second-fastest time in the event last week. He will be joined by second, third, and seventh seeds Richard Floyd, David Gilstrap, and Chevis Armstead II in a heavily favored Syracuse field.
- Kadejhia Sellers will lead the Syracuse women in the 60 meter dash. She will be joined by Dasia Pressley, Justice Richardson, and Victoria Parker.
- Lee Winston will compete in the men's 60 meter dash, posing with the second best record time in the heat. Kashif Miller will also suit up for that event.
- Tia Thevenin enters as the favorite to win the 60 meter hurdles after posting yet another school record (8.21 seconds) last week. Racing alongside her will be Danielle Delado, and Aviana Goode. Goode will also be the only female from 'Cuse to compete in the long jump heat.
- Pascal Bastien will be the sole competitor from the men's team in the long jump event.
Syracuse at the Scarlett and White Invitational
- Following the Crimson Elite, the Orange will head across town for the Scarlet and White Invitational
- Kadejhia Sellers will lead the Orange in the 200-meter dash. She will be joined by Dasia Pressley, Victoria Parker, Tia Thevenin, Cheyenne Trigg, Justice Richardson, and Regine Harper.
- Kashif Miller and Winston Lee will compete in the 200 meter dash. David Gilstrap, and Chevis Armstead II will also suit up for SU in that heat.
- Tia Thevenin enters as the favorite for the 60-meter hurdles, posting the top time out of all competitors. She will be joined by Aviana Goode and Danielle Delgado. Goode will also compete in the women's high jump competition.
- Freddie Crittenden III will race in the 60-meter hurdles alongside Richard Floyd and David Gilstrap. The three team members are predicted to sweep first, second, and third place for this heat. They will also be joined by fifth seed, Chevis Armstead III.
- Justice Richardson is the lone competitor in the women's 60 meter dash. She is seeded with the seventh best time.
- Joel Hubbard enters the meet as the favorite to win the 1-mile run, posing the best recorded time in the heat. He will be the only member of the Orange participating in this event.
- Ebhani Blackwood, Danielle Delago, Tia Thevenin, and Kadejhia Sellers will team up for the 4x400 meter relay.
- Randall Johnson enters as the favorite to win the men's high jump competition, coming in with the highest jump seeded.Â
