
Men's Basketball Places Six On A.D. Honor Roll

A total of 304 student-athletes were named to the Spring 2017 Athletic Director's Honor Roll at Syracuse University. Established in 1995-96, the Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes with a semester grade point average (GPA) of a 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale).Â
The men's basketball program had six student-athletes earn the recognition: Senior Doyin Akintobi-Adeyeye, junior Braedon Bayer, sophomores Shaun Belbey, Ky Feldman and Jonathan Radner, and graduate student Andrew White III.
Included in the honorees are 136 student-athletes who earned a GPA or 3.5 or higher.
The women's rowing team had the highest number of representatives on the A.D. Honor Roll with 35. Women's soccer owned highest percentage of participants, 90%, among the women's teams at Syracuse.

The football team had 37 student-athletes earn A.D. Honor Roll, the largest sport number on the men's side. Men's rowing had 78% of its student-athletes on the list, the top percentage for men's teams.
