
Gameday Timeline: Syracuse vs. Louisville

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – No. 13 Syracuse (7-2, 4-2 ACC) plays its final home game of the season Friday, Nov. 9, when the Orange host ACC Atlantic Division opponent Louisville (2-7, 0-6 ACC) at the Carrier Dome on Senior Night. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. and the game will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
Friday's contest against the Cardinals marks the last time Syracuse will play in front of its home crowd this season. Syracuse is a perfect 5-0 in the Dome, and a sixth win would be its most at home since 2001.
Fans who do not have a parking permit are encouraged to use the Skytop parking lot ($15 per car). A shuttle service starts at 3:30 p.m. To access the Skytop lot, use Route 481 and exit at Brighton Ave.
Friday is Senior Night and 17 players and eight managers will be recognized in a ceremony prior to kickoff. Senior introductions begin at 6:40 p.m., and fans are encouraged to take their seats early to pay homage to the Orange's Class of 2018, which includes starters Cody Conway, Antwan Cordy, Jamal Custis, Eric Dungey, Ryan Guthrie, Koda Martin, Ravian Pierce, Aaron Roberts, Chris Slayton, Dontae Strickland and Kielan Whitner.
Following the game, fans are encouraged to remain in the stadium for the "Senior Walk," as the Class of 2018 takes one final lap around the Carrier Dome.
Other highlights for Friday include Syracuse's recognition of the 54th Letterwinner of Distinction class. Herm Card '68 (baseball), Vera Jones '88 G '91 (basketball), Richard Slutzky '64 (wrestling) and Roland Williams '97 (football) will be honored during the second quarter. A separate on-field ceremony in memory of the late Chris Gedney '93 (football) is planned for the end of the first quarter.Â
Pregame festivities on the Quad start at 4 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., the "Pride of the Orange" marching band will perform on the steps of Hendricks Chapel before making its way to the Dome. The band's pregame performance starts at 6:48 p.m., and head coach Dino Babers leads the team onto the field at 7:01 p.m.
