SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse ticket allotment for the 2018 Camping World Bowl is sold out.
In just 16 days, Orange fans purchased more than 8,000 tickets to support head coach Dino Babers and the 17th-ranked Orange when they face No. 15 West Virginia in the Camping World Bowl on Dec. 28 (5:15 pm, ESPN). It marks the third consecutive conference-affiliated bowl game that Syracuse has sold its entire ticket allotment. Orange fans turned out in full force to fill the Syracuse sections for the 2010 and 2012 New Era Pinstripe Bowls.
Â
The Orange look forward to having 'Cuse alums, season ticket holders, fans and the families of the student-athletes in attendance. The University will also welcome military personnel and veterans from the Orlando area who will attend courtesy of the Syracuse University Institute for Veterans and Military Families, and youth from the Orlando area courtesy of the passionate Orange fan base who donated tickets through the #CuseTixForKids campaign led by NunesMagician.com, a Syracuse Orange community.
Â
The Orange, who are 9-3 overall and 6-2 in Atlantic Coast Conference play, have maintained their position as the second-highest ranked ACC team in all six editions of this year's College Football Playoff (CFP) Top 25 behind No. 2 Clemson. Syracuse's nine regular-season victories are its most since 2001.
Â
Orange fans headed to the game are invited to attend Syracuse's official alumni and fan pregame tailgate.
Â
While the Syracuse allotment is sold out, there are additional tickets available through Syracuse's official resale partner, StubHub.com. Fans can buy and sell their tickets on Stubhub for the bowl game and for all Syracuse Athletics ticketed events.
Â
Orange fans who are not able to make it to Orlando are encouraged to cheer on the team at alumni watch parties across the country.
Â
With 2018 coming to a close, fans looking to get a head start on 2019 can do so now. Season ticket orders and renewals to watch Orange football next year are currently being accepted. Tickets for next season's six-game home slate start at $100 for Syracuse University Young Alumni (Class of 2015 to Class of 2019 graduates) and $125 for the general public. They may be purchased online (Cuse.com/tickets), by phone (888-DOME-TIX) and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B).
The deadline to renew current season tickets is March 8, 2019.
