The summer of big-stage running continues for former Orange standout Justyn Knight, who has been selected to represent Canada in the North American Central American Caribbean Athletics Association Championships this August.
After taking silver in the 5000-meters at the Canadian National Championships, Athletics Canada selected Knight to represent his home nation, and he'll do so in his home town. The NACAC Championships will take place in Toronto this year, from August 10-12.
Knight concluded his collegiate career in June with a runner-up performance at the NCAA Championships. Ending his time in Orange as the most decorated athlete in program history, Knight claimed 11 ACC individual titles, three NCAA titles (two individual, one team) and holds three top-10 times in collegiate history, two in the 5k and one in the 1500.
