Softball Releases Fall 2018 Schedule

The Syracuse University softball team will open up its fall exhibition schedule Sept. 16 against Binghamton. Syracuse continues its schedule with a game against Onondaga Community College Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. The Orange will play a doubleheader on the 30th against Albany and Colgate starting at 11 a.m.

LeMoyne comes across town to face 'Cuse on Friday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m., before Syracuse closes out its fall exhibition schedule Saturday, Oct. 6. The Saturday doubleheader features games against Siena and Herkimer Community College at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Admission and parking to all games is free.

The Syracuse softball team returns 12 players from its roster a year ago and welcomes the addition of nine newcomers to the 2019 squad. Among the returners are senior Bryce Holmgren and junior Alexa Romero who both earned NFCA All-Region, All-ECAC and All-ACC honors a year ago.
